Rotary Piles

The advance technique in last two decades in pile boring technique has resulted in rotary piling system which is the most time saving methodology.
We have with us a good number of rotary units of various capacities to develop pile from 500mm to 1500mm diameter.
We take pride in stating that we have developed indigenous rotary piling equipment using excavators / crane as drive. Such unit can develop pile bores for 500mm to 800mm. We have with us a range of such in house rotary units. This relation is adopted by IRC 78, and specific foundation proposed by Indian Road Congress for termination of rotary piles.

Micro Piles

This system has been popularize for its versatile technique of negotiating substantial load by socketing the pile in the rock and concreting the small diameter pile. Suitable to take load upto 100 tones per pile. The limitation of diameter in micro pile is 200mm to 300mm only. We have a wide range of micro piling equipment capable to drill in basement for vertical extension for pile foundation and uplift anchor piling work. For basement micro piling work the required headroom by specialized equipment require only height of 8 feet. All our advance micro piling specialized equipments are pneumatic or either hydraulic operated rigs. We have also a range of high pressure grouting pumps which are required for micro piles.

Soil Investigation Work

Soil exploration is done on land and in marine condition by using floating platform to execute exploration in sea and river. We have a wide range of soil exploration drilling rigs. Capable of drilling upto a depth of 100 meters in all types of soil and rock. Conducting field SPT and collecting UDS and rock cores for laboratory test purposes. We are specialist in analyzing and correlating the lab test results on core samples leading in an economical and better design of pile foundation and all types of ground improvement works.
